Which areas do you cover?
PTL runs staff bussing across Greater Accra and Tema, including Spintex, Airport, East Legon, Tema and surrounding areas. Routes outside Accra can be quoted on request.
Can you handle night shifts?
Yes. We run early-morning pick-ups and late-night drop-offs, with routes planned to get staff home safely.
What is the minimum number of staff per vehicle?
It depends on the route and vehicle. We size each vehicle to the headcount so you are not paying for empty seats.
Do you supply the driver and the fuel?
Yes. PTL provides the vehicle, a vetted driver and fuel as part of the service, unless your contract says otherwise.
What happens if a bus breaks down?
Our team arranges a replacement vehicle or driver so the run still happens, and the incident is recorded in your report.
How is it billed?
Monthly or per trip, based on routes, vehicle types and shift pattern. You get a trip report to check against each invoice.
