What's the difference between Relief Cover and Driver On-Demand?
Relief Cover is a monthly arrangement for vehicles that must never stand idle: when your driver is absent, we send a vetted PTL driver the same day. On-Demand is for one-off needs, such as a day, a trip or an airport run, booked with notice.
Who employs the driver?
It depends on the service. With Placement and Managed by PTL, your company employs the driver. Relief Cover and On-Demand drivers are PTL network drivers. With Fully Managed, PTL employs the driver for you.
How quickly can a relief driver arrive?
Relief requests in Accra and Tema are handled the same day, with a driver sent as quickly as possible. Tell us your site and start time and we'll confirm an arrival time before the driver sets off.
How do we book a driver?
Message the PTL Driver Desk on WhatsApp at 024 669 1543 or send a quote request. Standard bookings need about 24 hours' notice; relief cover is same-day.
Do you work outside Accra and Tema?
Yes, on request. Drivers can travel with your vehicles for trips and assignments across Ghana.
Can we hire a PTL driver permanently?
Yes. Our Placement service recruits, vets and introduces drivers for you to employ directly. Ask us about terms.
